No Returns after Delivery:

Products purchased from www.SciCures.com are not eligible for return once delivered.

This policy applies due to the nature of our products, which are nutraceutical and personal care consumables.

Returns for opened or used items are strictly not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

A wrong product,

You are eligible for a full replacement.

Replacement Policy:

After assessing your claim, a replacement will be processed if eligible.

Each replacement request will be considered case-by-case.

Shipping charges may be deducted, wherever applicable.

Return Pickup:

Wherever possible, return pickup will be arranged by us.
Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order before it is shipped:

Once packed or dispatched, the order is non-cancellable.

Refund Process:

Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be:

Processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank, wallet, etc.).

Completed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Important Note:

Refunds are not applicable for delivered consumable health and wellness items (due to safety protocols and industry standards).
