Refund Policy – SciCures™

  1. No Returns after Delivery:

    • Products purchased from www.SciCures.com are not eligible for return once delivered.

    • This policy applies due to the nature of our products, which are nutraceutical and personal care consumables.

    • Returns for opened or used items are strictly not accepted.

  2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

    • If you receive:

      • A damaged product,

      • A defective item, or

      • A wrong product,

    • You are eligible for a full replacement.

  3. Reporting Procedure:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

    • Send your complaint via email to:

  4. Assessment Process:

    • Our Customer Care Team will evaluate the complaint through:

      • Photographs, or

      • Communication via phone or email.

  5. Replacement Policy:

    • After assessing your claim, a replacement will be processed if eligible.

    • Each replacement request will be considered case-by-case.

    • Shipping charges may be deducted, wherever applicable.

  6. Return Pickup:

    • Wherever possible, return pickup will be arranged by us.


Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

    • To cancel an order before it is shipped:

      • Email us at Hello.SciCures@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

      • Once packed or dispatched, the order is non-cancellable.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be:

      • Processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank, wallet, etc.).

      • Completed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  3. Important Note:

    • Refunds are not applicable for delivered consumable health and wellness items (due to safety protocols and industry standards).
