Shipping policy

1. Order Confirmation:

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email.

2. Processing Time:

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Delivery Timeframes:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days.

  • Other cities: 3–7 business days.

  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days.

  • Delays (weather, strikes, etc.) may occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD orders may attract a nominal service fee, shown at checkout.

5. Service Coverage:

  • Shipping available across India only.

  • If delivery isn’t possible to a location, our team will contact you for alternatives or refunds.

6. Tracking Orders:

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

  • In case of multiple shipments, no additional charges apply.

7. Order Modification & Cancellation:

  • Requests must be emailed to Hello.SciCures@gmail.com within 12 hours of order placement, before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, modifications/cancellations aren’t possible.

  • If you refuse delivery, the product will be returned, and a refund initiated as per our return policy.

8. Pricing Transparency:

  • All prices include applicable taxes.

  • No hidden charges.
